![]() ![]() From what I could read and google, it seems like I need this iCue App to control the rgb light on the mouse. But, Im having a somewhat wierd experience after dealing with the iCue 4 app. Its a HARPOON wireless mouse and it looks, feels and works great. ![]() ![]() If there is another way that im missing please tell me.I left the logitech camp and bought my first Corsair mouse today. I tested and even when I know at 100% my mouse or headset is fully charged its still showing "charging".īecause like I said, at least for the mouse, its tricky to know if the mouse is indeed fully charged or no. If no, it is possible to get a status that tell us that our mouse / headset are fully charged instead of only having the "charging" status? ( Because I can't know if my mouse / headset are fully charged by using Icue ) It is possible to add a percentage indicator instead of Low / Medium / High status to indicate battery level ? ( because they are not really accurate ) I know I can get the battery status when turning on the mouse, but it's just going too fast to tell if its in charge or done charging (by the time I plug the USB-c port into the mouse and rotate it back to use it, the indication is already gone) So in order to check if my mouse is fully charged I have to close Icue and look at the LED indicator on the mouse that goes back on.( Why? ) ( annoying but working )īut for the mouse it works only when I close Icue because the top LED of the mouse which indicate the battery status by showing different colors just goes off when icue is running, probably because Icue already "report" the battery level. So instead on relying on the "texts" it gives me to indicate approximately the battery level, I tried to use the hardware indication on the headset and the mouse ( LED ).įor the headset, I have to remove the headset in order to look at the LED below it. The problem is I have no way to tell if my peripherals are fully charged in Icue because it just block itself on "charging" and never tells me if its done charging or no. Hello, I recently bought a bunch of peripherals from corsair:Ĭorsair K70 RGB MK.2 Low Profile RAPIDFIREĮverything is great and working, but I ran into some issue with Icue and the way it indicates the battery for my Dark Core and my virtuoso SE.īasically Icue does not indicate the battery level while charging nor indicate percentage at all in the software.
